Cambozola

Cambozola is a triple cream brie-style blue cheese from southern Germany. It is a mild cheese  with a blue kick, giving it depth and intrigue. For those not so familiar with blue cheeses, this is a great introductory blue and always a safe bet on the cheese board. A much loved classic first appear in the 1900’s.
