Shropshire Blue Cheese

A vibrant deep orange, semi-hard, crumbly blue cheese. Similar to Stilton but Shropshire Blue is a little younger with a creamier texture. A Christmas classic which looks the part on a seasonal cheese board. Approx. 200g
