Making your Pizza

Thaw out your pizza dough ball (1 ball makes two thin pizzas; the thinner you roll out your dough, the crispier your base will be!). It takes ~4 hours for the dough to thaw. Set your oven to its highest heat. If you have a pizza stone, which is recommended, leave the stone heating in the oven

Prepare all of your toppings Be ready to dress your pizza!

Roll out the dough. Stretch out first with your hands and then roll with a rolling pin, always working the dough from  the centre

Place the dough on a hot stone and into the oven for 2-3 minutes. Notice the dough rising. Push it down with a tea towel. Don’t worry if it cracks at edges

Dress your pizza; sauce first and topping spread evenly across the top of your dough. Note not to pile toppings on the pizza – less is more!

Bake your pizza in the oven until it looks cooked on top and the crust is turning brown. This is usually ~10 minutes but every oven is different. One minute before the pizza is ready to come out, place a wooden spoon under the pizza. This helps elevate the base and make it even crispier

Once done, slice and serve hot with your favourite Glass!!!

 Enjoy!!!
